Sad news
 

Our friend Chuck (Safarichuck) passed away a few days ago from cancer. Chuck was a good friend, a passionate Safari travelers, great photographer and an all around good guy. I have been in contact with his wife, and I know she is grieving right now.

My thoughts, prayers and condolences go out to all of Chuck's family and friends right now.

I met Chuck and his wife in Sep of 2008 in JNB as we crossed safari paths. We exchanged emails and photographs on occasion, as you said he was also very much into photography. He will also be much missed at the medical university school where he was a professor in neurology. Thanks for letting us know.
