If "rustic" = open air tent vs. many of the airconditioned lodges of the Sabi Sand, then yeah, I'd consider King's Pool rustic. But what I was really trying to say is that there can be a lot of leopards in Botswana, too.

Good luck with your decision, Yvonne.

Tom,

It's an excellent website.

Especially the pictures of some of the birds are out of this world.

Some of the people posting there are working as guides or are very dedicated when it comes to their photography. I would say join the club.

Greetz,

Johan

Thanks everyone for all their input.. after all this I'm sitting here trying to make the final decision...I think it may have to be Nottens for personal service and Mala Mala, after all, for the leopards. I think the many amazing reports on sitings here have it.. Unless, that is, unless Londolozi Varty would be as good as Mala Mala but more personal in size.. I think I may have lost all control on the budget in search of the perfect 10.

Hari,

Just got back from an extended trip and spent some time at Savuti. The 2 brothers are still moving around between the channel and up to Selinda side.

James, what is the status of the elephant hide at Savuti? I'd understood that it may have been o/s recently.
