Red Sea Water Temp

What can I expect the water temperature to be in the
Red Sea around Sharm el Sheik in March? Comfortable enough for snorkeling? I have snorkeled in the Red Sea off the coast of Saudi Arabia, south of Jeddah. Will I find the snorkeling similar near Sharm? Thanks

Water temperature should be 70 degress - this area is only 1500 miles from the equator. The trouble will be dust - it is very windy in the desert at this time but you will be in the water so no problem. There are many dive sights in the area - the views under the sea always are spectacular. The Red Sea Divers Club is right on the beach by the Marina Sharm Hotel - they welcome questions and lead dive expeditions.
