What a first sighting! With action like that, even if you never see another leopard, you can be happy.

I actually meant our first and only sighting of a Leopard at Zib. We have seen lots elsewhere notably in Kwando.

Thanks for posting the video. The leopard vs puff adder was very interesting. Nice stalking behavior as well. I was not sure if the bat eared foxes were scared off by the leopard or you just edited it to make it look that way. What were the hyenas eating, again just an editorial cut or did they steal the wildcat from the leopard?
By the way I also saw a leopard with a wildcat kill.... My son referred to it as CATablism.
I do like watching others videos and can fast forward if I get bored... This one I watched without FFing.
Regards,
Eric

Thank you very much for your kind comments

Eye Laser

thank you also, it is a great pleasure when people appreciate what you have to offer. The snake was actually a Python, without looking again the Bat Eared Foxes were we thought next for attack from Amber but the light was getting a little low. Hopefully she did not suceed. we love bat eared foxes!

Divine

Thank you for your kind comments, it was an entire afternoon drive.

In response to your question I have no idea and would not dare to suggest one for fear of upsetting others.

Missed this thread before, nice sighting, you must have been thrilled. Also a nice clear video. A bit long but then again, a beautiful animal!
