Thanks everybody!

I leave for Arusha in less than 10 hours, and just want to thank all of you for helping with my questions. I did get a room at the KIA lodge for my late arrival and will work out getting to Arusha Sunday morning.

I ended up with CC Africa for a short 5 day safari. And can't wait. I hope I have packed it all and not too much. I love the lists that were on here. I guess my nerves/excitement/apprehension are just now hitting me. Worried I will forget something extremely important, but can't think of what it will be. So I guess it is off to sleep or at least to try to.
