Posts not posting
 

I have tried to post more than 4 messages from here in Tanzania over the past few days, and not a single post made it onto the boards. Either the technology is broken or my posts are being moderated.

Very frustrating, because I have much to say about the conditions here in northern Tanzania.

I will have to post my thoughts when I return, then!

I had the same problem while in East Africa. Ony one posting out of 6 worked I think.

Maybe someone at Fodors can offer some insight?

Andy, I'm guessing there are cookies on the computer you registered with that Fodor's examines when you log in and post, and if you're logging in with a different computer (like a laptop) then they might not give you permission to post since those cookies won't be present. Just a guess (as a former computer expert).

If this happened to me while traveling I'd try re-registering with a slightly different user name (ideally with a different email account so there's no way they could get you confused) on the computer at hand and then you'll probably be able to post.

Then again I could be totally wrong, but that's what I'd try.
