portable hard drives for digital camera

I've searched the boards, and can't find much info regarding portable storage devices for digital cameras. I'm not finding many reviews on portable hard drives on line, either.
Does anyone have any suggestions regarding portable hard drives? I'm going on a 9 day safari and am trying to figure out the best way to store my pictures. (I have an olympus C750 digital camera)
Thank you in advance -

We use an X Drive (note that the cost is often quoted WITHOUT the hard drive you need to put inside it) and have had no problems.

We download CF cards into the X Drive, charging it in our room when necessary, and download from the X Drive to our PC on our return home.

Did you order yours online? although i'm usually able to find anything online, I'm having a hard time finding a store that sells this. Thanks in advance for your help!

A friend who is an excellent wildlife photographer uses the Digibin-- you can get it at Adorama Photo in NY (they have a website and 800 number, and are a major photo retailer. You might also call B&H Photo in NY (again, a big discount retailer with an excellent reputation) and ask them for advice...unlike some of the other retailers of this type, their people are knowledgeable photographers and are willing to take the time to provide advice.

I use a 40GB SmartDisk FlashTrax with no problems. I bought mine from shopperwiz.com, but you can find it at amazon, B&H Photo, etc.
