Planning trip to Kwando in august

Hi! I'm planning a trip to the Kwando concession in August of 2006. Planning to do 4 nights in Lebala and 3 nights at Lagoon. Obviously, my primary interest is all the cats......cheetahs, lions and leopards and ofcourse, wild dogs.....i'm not looking for quantity but quality viewing.

Does this itinerary seem ok? or could i give it a tweak to make it better? I dont want to go to the delta on this trip.......

Your thoughts are appreciated...thanks

I'd personally stick with two camps for that short of time. Too much moving around and flying between the camps could be better spent on game drives. If you had more time, I'd split it up to three camps.

Thanks.......seems like i agree....i feel to get the best out of a camp and the guide, u need to allow enough time.......i dont like to rush thru sightings.......u miss out on most of the action.

Seems like lagoon and lebala is the way to go......Their guiding is great....

Anyone here, ever had Spencer as a guide at Lebala? He is awesome!!! going to request for him again........it's not just his ability to find animals and to track them and his knowledge about the bush, but the overalle experience is great with him as he has a terrific sense of humor and keeps you on your toes the entire time...

At Lagoon, we had OB and he was good. Anyone have any recommendations? I remember reading somewhere, that Mothusi was shifted to Lagoon......is it true?
