Uganda/Rwanda safari
Hello,
I am a solo female traveler heading on a Primate Safari in Uganda and Rwanda in Marrch 2014. I have narrowed it down to 2 companies (Churchhill Safari and Silverback Gorilla Safari). The price and itinerary are almost identical. Has anyone used these companies before?
Thanks

I used Churchill in February of this year and had a great trip with them. If you click on my name you can see my trip report if you wish (altho' it's torturously long).
Don't know anything about Silverback to compare.

Instinct Safaris (www.instinctsafaris.com) provided a great service, as well. I looked at Churchill and Instinct Safaris but decided to go with the former as they did the best job for me in terms of customer care. They helped me book my flight and adjusted lodges without hesitation, when I told them what I had in mind. What speaks for Churchill is that they have been in the business for a little longer.

We used Churchill Safaris for a short trip in May 2012 and a longer trip this past September. Have trip report filed on this forum. Would certainly travel with them again. Interesting timing of post as just this morning I mailed a disk with many of our pictures to our guide Brighton for his enjoyment. He recently came into possession of a laptop computer and is beginning to compile a collection of birds (and other wildlife) he has shown to clients.
