Pete's Pond back on the air!
An alternative to Africam is back on the air.
http://www9.nationalgeographic.com/ngm/wildcamafrica/ This can be viewed with a stand alone viewer as well as the 2" (5cm) or so screen. The video is quite good and the audio superb. The only annoying thing is the National Geographic yellow rectangle in the bottom right corner.
Enjoy
Eric

They now have a 2nd camera at ground level There has been some wonderful bug's eye views of elephants at the water hole with this camera. I'm not sure if it's in a hide or if it's the floating camera provided by Mala Mala that is mentioned on the site. But it's been great!

Eric,
Just wanted to thank you re alerting me to Pete's pond being up again.
I'm in the midst of resume writing and you have no idea how calming it is to have those wonderful sounds in the background. Actually makes resume writing palatable (if that's possible).
Thanks again.
Deb
