Outskirts of Istanbul

We will be doing a Trukey tour in Oct and plan to extend another 3/4 days in the outskirts of Istanbul, simply for lazing around and enjoy the beauty of autumn. Budget about US$50 and minimal travelling time. Appreciate suggestions (especially from romantics).

Try the little Polish village called Polonezkoy, outside Istanbul a hideway about an hour from the asian side of the city. The village has no luxury hotels but lots of bed and breakfast places

Try a visit to Sariyer it's a great little village with lots of charm with great fish resturants having incredible views of the bosphorus. Take a ferry from Istanbul for an added treat. You'll love it.
