One extra day in Jordan

Hello,

We are visiting Jordan and are wondering where to spend the one extra night we have. So far our plan looks like this:

Day 0 - Flight to Amman, arrive very late
Day 1 - Day trip to Jerash, stay in Amman
Day 2 - Amman to Dead Sea, swim on public beach, taxi on to Madaba to see mosaic map
Day 3 - Madaba -> Wadi Mujib -> Karak Castle -> Dana
Day 4 - Dana hiking in morning, on to Petra, Petra by night
Day 5 - Day in Petra
Day 6 - Day in Petra
Day 7 - Petra to Wadi Rum, Wadi Rum desert tour
Day 8 - Wadi Rum desert tour, on to Aqaba in afternoon, quick swim
Day 9 - Aqaba, back to Amman
Day 10 - Fly home really early

Our options are:
1. One night by the Dead Sea, between days 2 and 3. However this would be in an expensive resort (no other options) and I'm not sure how relaxing the Dead Sea area is, beyond novelty value.
2. One extra night in Madaba, to see the mosaic map at a more relaxed pace / visit Mount Nebo
3. One extra night in Dana, to hike at a more relaxed pace
4. One extra night in Aqaba, so we can have a full day by the beach (Berenice Beach Club) or snorkelling.

Which option would you choose/recommend?

Thanks!

Well, it's really a question of what you would most enjoy. However, there is more to see in Madaba than just the map:
