On our way!
 

Really too early for a trip report, but we left Th (8/30) for our trip to East Africa. We are currently in Kent, England visiting our niece and her family, and acclimating to 6 of the 8 hours of time change. After 3 days here, we decided this is a wonderful idea. Just now getting over the jet lag. Spent the day at Leeds Castle watching the hot air balloon festival and eating pub food on the beach at Herne Bay. Leaving for Nairobi Tu evening - it feels so great to finally be on our way! We'll post a full report on our return.
