November or July in Botswana?

My head is continuing to spin with all the information I'm pulling together for our trip.

At this point, we are planning on Botswana. We are considering going in either July or early August 04, or November 04. We'd prefer going in November due to our personal calendars and frankly the significant price difference. However, we don't want to go and use up our precious vaction time in November if the quality of the trip/safaris will be not be very good. The "when to go" sections on fisheaglesafari.com and Lonely Planet indicate that November is not a good time to go. Any thoughts?

Do you think accomodations will be harder to find in July at this late stage (at places like DumaTau or Vumbura)? Obviously, I can start making direct inquiries about accomodations but I was wondering what you all thought.

Thanks in advance!
