We spent a few days at Chobe end-November. The weather was hot and humid, and we did have rain one afternoon (mid-afternoon when we were napping) and one morning which we got caught it. We were provided rain slickers, but during the game drive we didn't see many animals... guess they go to hide somewhere. But November is known to be hot and humid and as to the rain, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. This was Chobe only, so cannot comment on other areas, i.e., The Delta. Believe you should have your tour operator provide more specifics. However, November is "shoulder" season the prices are a bit lower during this month up to December 14.
