Need Cape Town Restaurant Suggestions for Special Occasion
 

We will be in Cape Town soon from 3rd to 15th Nov, I have a big birthday to celebrate, now where would you go? any suggestions please, what to do during the day? haven't yet booked accommodation so either in Cape Town/Constantia, or Stellenbosch/Franschoek?

we loved the roundhouse for our big splurge dinner in Cape Town (Camp's Bay). did the wine pairing with the dinner and told them it was a special occasion when making the booking. outstanding all around.

Also there have been a number of threads on Cape Town restaurants and those in wine country.

Are you traditional folks, formal folks, into fusion cookery, what?

There are wonderful wine estate restaurants, then those with fabulous seafront settings and everything in between.

You need to give us a bit more guidance!
