I am looking for a private guide/driver with an air conditioned, comfortable vehicle to take my husband and I on a tour of Israel during June or July 2007. We want a guide that can help customize a tour and take us everywhere. Any suggestions?

He arranged a private car; all airport transfers , pick-ups etc. We went with Dani Weiss (booked through Shraga)- very wonderful, customized just what our family wanted to see; spoke great English; we went off the usual track and it was unforgettable. This guy is not a tour guide, just a nice Jerusalem Taxi Driver who KNOWS Jerusalem, very pleasant and available any time. We picked him up outside the central bus station, and he was driving us around for 2 hours, telling us a lot about the city, past and present....

His phone is (02) 678-7465 and his cell phone is (052) 720-7156. Whenever you're already in Israel and ready to head to Jerusalem, just give him a call, he will wait for you at the central bus station, or anyhere.
