Namibia in November

Is November a good time to visit Namibia, more specifically Etosha, Swakopmund, and/or the Skeleton Coast? What transportation is available from either Windhoek or Swakopmund to Etosha and the Skeleton Coast other than self-drive?

Thank you.

November is extremely hot, so whatever means of transport you decide on you really need to make sure it has air conditioning.

You can get a shuttle service from Windhoek to Swakopmund, Townhoppers and Welwitschia shuttles are good. They usually charge about N$220 each way.
