Mural "Perception" in Manschiyyet Naser, Cairo, Egypt

I'm planning my trip to Northern Africa and the Middle East at the moment, including some time in Cairo. I heard about the Mural of eL Seed in Manschiyyet Naser (Carbage District). I read a few articles about it back from 2016.

My questions are: Is it still there? How can I take a look at it?
