I took three train routes:

- from Casa airport to Rabat - aging rolling stock
- Rabat to Casa - smart new double decker
- Casa to Meknes - somewhat aged but reasonable

I didn't check the toilets. Did you look at seat61.com for info? I doubt that the trains are the best in Africa, I would expect South Africa's Blue Train to hold that distinction, but probably better than most. (They could easily be better than most and still have dubious toilets. Note that in those circumstances holes in the floor are your best bet.)
