Moroccan Guided Tours

A friend and I would like to visit Morocco next spring/summer. However, since we are relatively young (30), from the US and are traveling by ourselves, we are a little hesitant. Does anyone have suggestions for group tour companies in the region? We would like to spend 5-7 days (this is part of an overall larger trip) and are not looking for budget accommodations, but do not want luxury either. Many thanks in advance!

If it's you and a friend, you can go to a travel company and have them customize a trip for you. I went to Morocco last year with two friends and we used Saharatrek. Went to Fes, Marrakesh and then camped in the Sahara. For info on our trip, see my posting, Thanksgiving in the Sahara. We also looked at Heritage but it they were too pricey. Backroads also has a trip to Morocco but also fairly expensive.
