Back from 26 glorious days in Tanzania

Hi all,

Just wanted to let you know that my husband and I are now back from our 26-day trip to Tanzania... and it was fabulous! The landscapes, the animals, the people, the climbing, the weather... wow. It was everything we had dreamed it would be and more... I definitely plan on writing a trip report at some point, but right now, we're busily getting our photos in order!

Thanks for all of the help you guys provided me with before we left... Now maybe I'll be able to pay it forward by giving a few tips of my own

Absolutely! In fact, I feel like I never want to stop talking about the trip (lest any details be forgotten in my mind!) We're now well on our way to having a slideshow of photos to show friends and family (it's very exciting!) and then I promise to write a long and wonderful trip report!

p.s. - It feels strange that I'm no longer writing out questions before my trip, but instead talking about a trip report...!

Oh please tell us everything, and the sooner the better! We are planning a trip for Tanzania in November and it seems SO far away I can hardly stand it -- so I want to live vicariously through you!

Another one who wants it soon. I am quite anxious to read it and will sit patiently as I can. Detail and lots of detail please. Liz

I was waiting for this report before you even left.

Your trip included Crater Highlands hike. Did you climb Lengai? I am considering this for the Fall and would love to hear your thoughts!
