Ramadan is Oct. 27 - Nov. 25 this year.

I am sure you will be able to get food & drink at tourist places. Smaller eating establishments may close down, as may smaller shops off the tourist track.

Dont eat food or drink in public, outside of restaurant areas during the day as this would be bad manners.

I have been in Morocco during ramadan and it is very noticeable. Many things are closed during the day and what is open might as well be closed. Even the marriot took all liquor out of the mini bars in our room in Casablanca.
It is hard to find places to eat and things to do. Not the best time to be in an Islamic Country. As modern as Morocco is Ramdan is Ramadan and the hole country stops during the day.
However at night it is business as usual. So if you can stay by the pool in your hotel during the day and do your touring in the evening it is the way to go

Thanks for your information. Will we be able to shop at the bazaars etc. during the day?
