Thanks Lynn, I've tried there address as well as head office, also tried ringing both numbers.
They have double charged us, and wanted to get straight on to them. Will keep ringing and send them a fax, other than that I guess I'll just have to go back over there, damn!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or send me to the Mara and I'll straighten it out for you. If it is a credit card charge, you can work through the company.

About this time I'd be calling my credit card people, ask for their help, and disputing one of the charges.
