Malta and Tunia or Sicily
 

I'm hope to get to Malta ins October 2020. The question is do I also do Sicily or Malta? I'm a solo traveler but go with a small tour group. One company offers Malta and Sicily and the other Malta and Tunisia. Tunisia would be my 3rd North African country having toured Morocco and Egypt. Haven't done any part of Italy, yet.

I'm very fond of archeological sites and the ancient world...both on display at either destination. However, I don't like to be dragged ABC (another bloody church), so I'd appreciate insight/suggestions from those who have who toured these countries.

Of course ALL foreign travel is going to be dependent on containing and eliminating COVID-19 (novel coronavirus).
