Maison Privee- Has anyone used them?
 

I am looking at reserving Burj Residence in Dubai from Maison Privee. The information on Booking.com seems to indicate they have only been in business since Sept 2018 and a few of their properties only have 5 or so reviews. Has anyone used them? Has anyone stayed at this apartment on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai? You opinions would be welcome. Thank you in advance
