Having just returned from a great trip, we find we now are regretting not purchasing some gift items we saw and thought we had more time to decide upon. Has anyone bought any items online? I googled Egyptian gifts but have not quite located what I want. Any suggestions?

Thank you Travelaw, but I found two options - the crystal I wanted is available directly through the company which makes it, and Magdy and Walaa have also offered to help.

Conlet, will you ask Magdy if postage to U.S. is very expensive from Egypt? If not, I might ask someone to send me something. I also regret not bringing back a mother of pearl box and a couple of other small items.

I was looking for crystal and I did find a website for Asfour Crystal who makes what I wanted, and I have placed an order with them.
I also contacted Merit Center Bazaar in Cairo (Giza) which is where I saw the crystal initially, but their prices were way higher than from the company. I think the www.touregypt.net site had some of what you are looking for.
Let me know how you make out.
