Just wondering if anyone can recommend any good-value restaurants in Luxor.

When are you headed to Egypt? I'll be there in March and will be spending several days in Luxor -- if you are travelling later in the year, I'll be happy to give some reviews when I return.

There is a web site just for luxor run by expats there. Go to the forums. There are restaurant reviews but post and ask. They are very helpful and friendly. http://www.luxor4u.com/forum/
