FYI to all now that I have done some research and called FedAir directly. Here goes: Both the KMIA and JNB airports have luggage storage facilities run by the airports themselves. There is a limit---I think 2 bags per person and a small fee of around $2 per bag/per day. FedAir only holds bags in JNB and not in KMIA. If you are staying in Sabi Sabi-(I am not sure about the other lodge locations as I only inquired about this one)-FedAir has no problem transferring luggage from Sabi Sabi and holding it for you in JNB while you are on your safari. All you have to do is bring a small bag to keep what you need for your safari time and your "big" luggage will be flown to JNB and held for you until you come and get it. And, there is not a charge for this service. If you do want to take a chance and bring your big luggage with you, I was told they do weigh it and may make you purchase another seat to accommodate your luggage weight. Hope this helps!
