Less than 30 days then off to Kenya/Tanzania
Well after 18 months of research, planning, and lots of reading, its almost here. Im off for an adventure of a lifetime in less than 30 days. I leave Orlando on August 15th for a 3 week experience in Kenya and Tanzania. I want to thank everyone on the Fodors board for providing tips, recommendations, and suggestions all of which helped me prepare for this adventure.
Itinerary is as follows:
August 15th Depart Orlando
August 16th Arrive Nairobi
August 17th Nairobi activities with Kennedy from Waymark Safaris
August 18th Depart for Masai Mara Serian Camp (4 nights)
August 22nd Transfer to Rekero (3 nights)
August 25th Travel to Tarangire Olivers Camp(3 nights)
August 28th Travel to Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge (2 nights)
August 30th Move to Lake Manyara Kirurumu (1 night)
August 31st Travel to Ruaha Mwagusi (3 nights)
September 3rd Travel to Selous Sand Rivers (3 nights)
September 6th Return to US
I plan to post pictures and a trip report upon my return, as the many reports I reviewed were so very helpful to me and I hope that I can help someone in planning their adventure.
Thanks again to everyone for their help.

Hi Fabio,
From what I've gathered, the migration will primarily be in the Mara at that time. While I'm sure there will still be some herds left in the Serengeti, I wanted to try to position myself closest to the migration. Also, I really wanted to stay at Serian and Rekero.
