L.A. GTG / Whale Watching
Anyone interested in having a GTG in the Los Angeles area? March is prime time for the migrating Pacific grey whale along our coastline. One of my favorite places is the San Vicente Interpretive Center in Palos Verdes:

They have a museum, picnic areas and lots of hiking trails with fantastic views. You can even hike to the Trump National golf course.
Bring your binoculars, picnic lunch, beach chairs, hiking shoes.
How about Saturday,March 21st? Cost is FREE.
Watcha think? <

I would really love to join you guys but I'll be coming back down from a Kilimanjaro trek on the 21st (summiting on the 20th...I hope!) so there's just a wee tad of a timing conflict as I'll be heading to the Mara and Bots after that.
If you plan one later in the year, (possibly another whale species migrating?) maybe then I can play.
