Knowledge that would help with wheelchair accessibility in Egypt

Message: My family is considering a trip to Egypt, and primarily the Cairo/Pyramids area. Possibly a cruise. Our biggest concern is one of our party uses a wheelchair to get around. Does anyone have any experience traveling there with someone in a wheelchair, or suggestions on a hotel that would have excellent accommodations for someone in this situation? Also, do any of the Cairo hotels additionally offer a particularly good view from the rooms/balcony? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as I want to help make this trip very special and rewarding for everyone on it, and want to do everything in my power to accommodate my Mother (the wheelchair user) the best that I can... Your efforts in describing any details, hotels, etc. will be quite valuable to us, and I thank you in advance for your time. Any suggestions on travel guides or cruises is also welcome. Thanks a lot.
