Kenya Trip Report – without safari company using public transport
We (myself and my wife) spent time between 8.12.2006 and 8.1.2007 in Kenya, travelling independently using public transport. If interested, check it out at my site:

I’d already read your report, but it’s worth reading again. Thanks for posting the link.
It’d be very interesting if you did another Kenya trip but this time:
Visiting parks like the Mara, Tsavo and Samburu.
Pretending you and your wife aren’t natural beauties and therefore must always have a self-contained bathroom so that nobody can see what you look like in the morning.
Pretending you’re so out of shape (and overpacked) that you can’t carry your own bags more than 100 metres and can only do limited biking and hiking.
These are some ideas that just occurred to me out of nowhere …
