Kensington Tours Botswanna to Rwanda

Hi! We are searching alternatives to a 12 day trip generly seeing sites in Botswanna and Rwanda and keep expenses under $10k for each of, including flights in country (in other words excluding US to JNB)
1: fly into Joburg from Jacksonville, FL
Day 2: fly to Livingstone
Day 3: Livingstone-Victoria Falls
Day 4: Chobe-boat safari
Day 5: Chobe-game viewing, boat safari
Day 6: fly to Okavango-game drives
Day 7: Okavango-game drive, walking safari
Day 8: Okavango-gsme drive, Mokoro Trip
Day 9: fly direct to Joburg
Day 10: fly to Nairobi-Kigali, Rwandair-about 4 hours
Day 11: Parc National des Volcans- Gorilla trek-Permit/Game van/Guide
Day 12: Parc National des Volcans- Golden Monkeys-Game Van/Guide
Volcanoes Park, Genocide Museum-Game Van/Guide
Day !3: fly back to Joburg arrive around 3:40pm
Day 14: fly back to US

Any recommended tour alternative groups or itinerary's? We don't might somewhat larger groups (this price was based on 4) but anything over 12 seems too much!?
Thanks all !

For Bots and gorillas/golden monkeys in Rwanda, this outline looks good. But I wonder about the last flight, going all the way back to Joburg. Depends on where you fly to next if that is a good move. Maybe you can fly out of NBO instead.

What lodgings will you use?

You mention 12 guests seems like a lot. Might this departure be 12 guests or are 4 guaranteed. Do you have a private vehicle for 4 in Botswana?

The primate tracking will likely be 8, regardless of your group size.

Other companies mentioned on this board, though I don't know what they charge for your itinerary:

Go2Africa in South Africa
The Africa Adventure Co in Ft. Lauderdale. I've used them for Botswana and Rwanda, but separate departures.
The above can do the whole trip.

You might also consider one company that specializes in Southern Africa and another that specializes in Rwanda, such as Eyes on Africa in Chicago or Sun Safaris in South Africa or Rhino Safaris in South Africa.
I don't think those companies do Rwanda.

Then for Rwanda Primates, R&N Explorer, Access Rwanda, Thousand Hills, all in Rwanda. Or Volcanoes in Rwanda with US contacts too.

Eyes on Africa in Chicago, Sun Safari
