Cairo has a population of over 20 million crammed into crowded buildings, an incubator for spread of the virus.. I can’t imagine visiting Egypt until there is a vaccine for coronavirus. It is a very poor country. If you do go and need medical care, request a private medical facility. I received good care at one in Luxor after an accident.
