Info re: University Travel

Has anyone used University Travel (Bloomington, IN)? Or do you know anything about them? Their rates seem quite modest. A trip of 14 days to Capetown, Botswana, Vic Falls & Johanbrg, air included from the US is around $3800. Any info would be appreciated.

THANK YOU ROCCO!! Thanks to Rocco who convinced me to cancel my original trip with this company, and book Zambia. I would have been S.O.L. if I stuck with University Travel!

Oh dear, that's too bad!

This is a good time to remind people to purchase travel insurance at the same time you make your first payment on your trip. I use a company that would cover you if your travel agency went bankrupt, but only if you purchased it within 14 days of your first trip payment. I assume that's the norm in the industry.
