I'm Back From 10 Day Mobile Tent Safari Botswana

Got back to Chicago late Thursday(after a looooong delay in Dakar Senegal-spent the nite on the floor in the terminal due to mechanical probs.) Visited a friend in the Chicago area Friday and Sat and drove home late Sat. My brain feels so full- my head is still spinning from all we experienced.
I'm so glad I got a video camera! I took tons of still pix, but the video takes me back to the moment like nothing else can.
I will do a trip report soon, but I need to help my twins get ready for their very 1st day of High School on Tues.

Welcome back, Lillipets! Maybe we should have a Chicago GTG show and tell, just like those fancy LA folks. But it'll have to wait till we get back at the end of September so I'd have something to contribute!

Welcome home! isn't it hard to believe it when it's over? I am looking forward to hearing about you trip as well, I may consider something like this next year.

But... relax a bit and let it all sink in.

Great to hear that your trip went welll - can't wait for your trip report! My next Botswana trip will probably be a mobile safari so I'm very interested to hear how your trip went.
