How to spend a week in Morocco?
My other half and I are planning a week in Morocco in early November, probably flying into Marrakesh.
Can anyone suggest a good itinerary? Would like to move around the country a bit. Not heavily into outdoor activity ie trekking, definitely into shopping/staying at amazing riad-type places. Does one need a car? What's internal transportation like? If anyone has any suggestions I'd be grateful - thanks for reading!

Ladbroke,
Morocco's pretty large and offers some amazing sights. I can't recommend enough a trip to the sand dunes of the Erg Chebbi in the east near Erfoud.
Transportation is very high standard, on air conditioned buses, so no real need to hire a car.
I read an excellent article with photographs about this part of the world on www.fourcornersexplorer.co.uk, worth checking out.
Anyway, hope you have a great trip.
One word of warning though: Watch out for the carpet sellers!!!
Cheers,
Jimbo.
