Hotel - Location - Dubai
 

I will have 2 full days to sightsee on a stopover. I'm not interested in sitting on a beach and will be doing more sightseeing. I'm thinking downtown for a location but wanted your thoughts. I've heard Hotel Indigo is a good location as well as The Palace. I really don't want a 700-room hotel.
