Honeymooning in Israel (and Greece)

My husband, Brendan, and I are honeymooning in Greece and Israel this June. We are both avid travelers neither of us have ever visited Greece, but I have traveled extensively in Israel. We were married just over a month ago but are waiting to take our honeymoon because I'm a teacher so taking off time can be a headache. Plus, we're in the process of moving and are currently living in separate cities until the school year ends and I can join Brendan in Chicago.

While in Greece we are going to both Mykonos and Santorini. We have our flights and hotels booked, but that's the extent of our planning. Please see out plans below. Any recommendations for sights, restaurants, hikes etc. We're open to it all.

Thank you and I look forward to all suggestions.

I think you should take a guided tour to the old city in Jerusalem. I assume you've seen it before, but it's a huge part of Jewish, Muslim and Christian heritage so your husband should have a chance exploring the old city.
Have you booked a guide yet or are you looking for recommendations?
I would advise to visit Massada on sunrise. It's an early wake up but the sight is breath-taking so it's worth it.

I have spent extensive time in Jerusalem and know my way around Olde City well and planned on doing that and Yad Vashem one day. And yes, of course we're hiking Masada pre dawn, no other way to do it right! :) I am however looking for restaurant recommendations as well as other things to do/see that might not be on your typical trip.
