I'd appreciate if I could get some tips for a romantic with some adventure honeymoon destination. Time of year = Xmas.

You can also always do a Cage Diving experience to see the Great White Sharks !! Dune surfing in Nambia, Canopy tours along the Garden Route, Bungy Jumping from ther highest bungy bridge in the world or in Victoria Falls, Elephant Back safaris, Rhino Trekking, Chimpanzee experience at the brand new Jane Goodall endorsed reserve...the list is endless - book now though as December is Peak Peak period !!
