Has anyone used Smartours?
 

I'm planning a trip to southern Africa and wanted to know how good Smartours arrangements are compared to their literature. Their prices and itineraries look reasonable, since I'm definitely can't afford A&K. <BR> <BR>Thanks

You can find some info in the Africa & Middle East forum by going to the top under text search and typing in Smartours. Another very good spot is to go to www.frommers.com/newsletters/search and again type in keyword "Smartours".

We used baobabsafairs.com for our Kenya trip and would like to vouch for their services. I hope that other people have had the same experience with this company based in California.

<BR>We have not traveled to Africa yet. But we toured with smarTours to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji 2 years ago, and were satisfied with the company! I seemed as good as other more expensive companys that we have traveled with.

Of course my previous letter should have read "It" seems as good as other tour ..... Just a typing mistake.
