Happy Thanksgiving Africaphiles!!

I'm thankful and grateful to have found a group of people who enjoy sharing stories, voicing concerns, and talking about Africa as much as I do.

It's good to know you guys are as passionate as I am about the so-called "dark continent' which brings so much joy into my life.

Have a great Thanksgiving! >-

I am so very thankful to be going back to Africa in December and for the ability to bring my mother and mother-in-law to this wonderful place for the first time. It is truly a blessing.

Have a wonderful day fodorites!

Happy T day fodorites!
I'll be eating my dinner while over looking the first landing place of the Pilgrims at Pilgrim beach, Truro capecod, Ma.
I am thankful to be so lucky to see the beauty of Afreekah.

Happy (US) Thanksgiving to all. I wish I was getting up tomorrow morning to go on a game drive, rather than making dinner!

(Of course, I wish that every morning.)

Yes, I think most Americans who eat fowl like it if it's cooked right (and not dry).

So, itís about being thankful! I just knew the turkey bit. Iím so thankful to have found you all. Itís really a problem though, as thinking that being obsessed with Africa is something perfectly normal leads to communication problems out in the ďrealĒ world.

You're so right Nyamera-
Every time I bring up the topic of Africa to my friends, they either look at me cross-eyed like "here we go again!" or they run.
Hmmm...maybe I'm not 'normal' after all. #-o
But then again...if I had to make a choice, I'd stay obsessed (or the preferred word-"passionate") about Africa! 8-)
