Heppy St. Paddy's day from a VERY cold Emerald Isle!!!

My son and I will be coming to the Emerald Isle in June, as we're crossing the big pond on Aer Lingus flying into Shannon on our way to London. Wish we had more time there, but we'll only be there for a short stop on the way to London.

I had all these errands planned for the day, until I realized it was St. Pat's Day. Unlike panecott who has the parade right outside the window, up where I am, the parade ends.

I've learned to stay away during/after the St. Pat's, Steuben Day and Puerto Rican Day parades.

Have learned after all these years, that while each group is having a grand time, the only difference is the kind of beer they drink!
