KSinNYC: you should be able to ask your rep at Eyes on Africa to request certain guides. They will not be able to guarantee it as your requested guide could be on leave, already requested by another party or booked as a private guide where people pay to guarantee that they get the guide they want. It should be that simple and hopefully you will have good luck with your requests as opposed to just showing up and having a random assigned guide which usually works fine but getting the best will make a difference.
