Gombe vs. Mahale for chimp trekking
 

Hi all. I was able to stay at Mbali Mbali Kwunge and do chimp trekking in the Mahale Mountains several years ago. We are planning another trip to Africa and Gombe would be an easier option for us given its proximity to Kigoma. Has anyone done chimp trekking in both and is able to offer a comparison. Mahale requires more work and expense to get to, but if it is markedly better for chimp viewing, we'd probably go for it. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!
