go2africa travel service

Hi all, have been talking to go2africa for an extensive (first and last) trip to east/south Africa next year (Sep 06). Has anyone had experience with this travel company and would you recommend them. If not, do you have any other companies (reasonably priced)you would recommend? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide, Richard

Go2Africa is doing just fine. I've had recent dealings with them through the industry and they are big spenders

I've used go2africa for 2 trips and everything went perfectly. Last Nov. we went to South Africa staying in Sabi Sands and Capetown and all accommodations, transfers, and flights were great. This Nov. we went to Kenya and again all lodging, tranfers and flights went off without a hitch. I live in the U.S. and all of this was booked via email and fax with Mia at go2africa. I'll use them again if I ever return to Africa.

We used Go2Africa for our trip in Dec.05. We did not want a group tour and they arranged the 17 days for just the two of us. We had three guides. Two in Kenya and one for the entire Tanzaina week. We had a wonderful trip and all went smooth as glass. I would certainly use them again and again.
( for whatever it's worth , it was two woman. One 80yrs. old)

Hi,

Does anyone have 2007 updates on Go2Africa? I'm planning to go to Tanzania in November. Should I get travel insurance that has the "Financial Default" feature ???

Thanks !

We used go2africa in May 2007. We found they were enthusiastic, prompt and professional throughout our correspondence with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them based on our experience.

I should have added that the trip went without a hitch, the lodges recommended were spot on for us and the transfers they arranged for us went smoothly. All in all we were very pleased with them.
