I get email responses about half the time that I correspond with travel entitites. Doesn't matter if they are domestic or foreign. Not a good rate of success. I agree with Pula to give them a call.

Your other threads indicate you're using Africa Travel (for Rwanda). If using Africa Travel for your entire time in Africa, including Kenya - why not have them contact Ngong or Giraffe Manor. Agents more often than not, get quicker replies than individual travelers.
