getting visa at cairo airport
 
can anybody advise if you get a visa at the cairo airport do you need a photo and how much does the visa cost how long does it take to get if it is crowded

Of course you need a photo but you show them your passport ...which has a photo.

I came in at about 10 PM and it took me about 8-10 minutes to get my Visa.

How long does it take if it is crowded...that is a funny question!!:)

I can't take more than 15- 20 minutes.

You don't need a separate photo for the visa. It costs $15 and the process is generally pretty quick.

I don't know where you are from or what currency you use but it is $15 US or £10 GBP. If they take €s I don't know that price.

As already mentioned, getting a visa at the airport is a breeze. Be sure to stop by the visa desk before getting in line for passport control.

one thing that startled me - you get the visa at a bank window - bank of Egypt, or Misr Bank, IIRC.
