Getting to Morocco from London

We've got the chance to visit friends in Morocco, but need to get there from London. What's the best (fastest, cheapest, easiest) way to get to the country?

We've considered taking EasyJet to Malaga, and then taking the ferry across, but it looks like it will take too much time.

Morocco is a big country. Where do you have to meet these friends? If in Cassablanca or Fez or Marrakech, the ferry from Malaga will get you to Tangiers. From there you'll have to find transportation further on.

So depending on where your friends live in Morocco will determine the best means of transport. Most internation flights fly into Cassablanca and from there you'd have to find out from your friends the best means of transport to wherever it is they live. They should be able to advise you.
